“The Haunted Mansion”

What better photo to celebrate Halloween than that of a shot of The Haunted Mansion.

The original version of this shot was taken with my Sony a6000 from the top deck of the Liberty Belle and I then edited it while on the plane flying to Disney World from Philadelphia in an app called Snapseed.  Snapseed was originally developed by Nik Software and it was then purchased by Google who incorporated it into Google Plus.  You can edit your photos right online if you are using the Google Chrome browser; there is no more standalone access to Snapseed on the PC or Mac.

This image of The Haunted Mansion is the perfect test subject for the “faded grunge” look.  I am very pleased with how it turned out and it only took a few minutes to tinker with and finalize.
