WHAT'S IN THE BAG?
The equipment and gear that serious TMIP'ers use while in the parks.
TIM DEVINE
Canon Full-Frame Digital SLR Shooter
"When it comes to really outstanding photography, equipment DOES matter. That being said, knowing how to properly use the camera or equipment you already have is half of the battle. Photography is as much head knowledge as it is equipment, possibly even more so. While not everyone is willing to walk around with a heavy backpack full of lenses and gadgets, serious hobbyists will most likely have some combination of the below listed gear for whatever system they shoot with (Canon, Nikon, Olympus, etc.) The Canon fast primes (28, 50, 85) are all f/1.8 or faster and can gulp down light with the best of them, which is CRITICAL on a dark ride, along with low noise high ISO's. Here is a quick rundown of the equipment that I use while taking photos in the Parks:"
