Okay, looking back, technically GoofMick is correct but the road needs to be narrowed down some.  So it is not the Gas Station.  But it is warm...

Tim narrowed it down.  It is one of the many license plates that spell out "DINO-RAMA" in big letters as you enter the Carnival.
