Purchasing Lighting Equipment

I'm looking to pick up some strobes soon and was wondering if anyone has any experience with the Paul C. Buff Einsteins.  I have a budget of about $2,500 to put towards this purchase.  Anyone use anything different that that at around the same price point?

I only use speed lights, so I can't make any recommendations.  If no one here can give you a recommendation, talk to Cody Sims.  He recently put together a lighting kit for outdoor portrait work using the Einsteins.  His website is: http://codypluscamera.com/ or look him up on Flickr - CodyWDWfan

I've used Paul C. Buff products off and on for the past ten years.  Highly recommend.  Very easy to use.

I prefer the white lightnings, but thats just me.
