Tombstones of Pixelmania 2011

One of the most unique and whimsical aspects of Pixelmania 2011 is the group concept for Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party.  As a group, we are forming our own Haunted Mansion Graveyard, tombstone pic each person adorned with their own t-shirt featuring a tombstone with a witty epitaph.  The concept came from The Magic in Pixels Disney Photo Forums and we are hoping for a great turnout.  One of the best things about this quirky idea is the discovery of some real “poet laureates” in the TMIP forums; some of the epitaphs are downright hysterical.

2011-bandpass2If you are planning on attending Pixelmania and want to participate, feel free to EMAIL ME with your own four-line witty epitaph and I will send you back the artwork so you can get a shirt printed by your print-on-demand service of choice.  Just make sure to get it printed full-resolution, front and center, on a white shirt. Can’t make it to Pixelmania?  No worries!  You can still get a shirt or tombstone.

If you are looking for an awesome keepsake to commemorate the event, why not order your very own Pixelmania die-cut tombstone from The Magic in Pixels store?  Each tombstone is professionally printed, cut, and mounted.  These 1/4 inch thick cut-outs featuring your very own custom tombstone epitaph with a glossy finish and a wooden base for display.  Once again, be sure to leave your witty epitaph in the comments section when ordering; I will then create your artwork and email you the file once the order is placed.  Click here to order a tombstone for yourself or to give as a gift.

Hope to see you at Pixelmania and thanks in advance for making this the best year yet!  The images below depict some of the finished tombstone art for members of the TMIP Community!  Yours will be added to the list once it is completed!

UPDATE- Once you get your tombstone artwork in your email, follow THIS LINK for instructions on how to get your shirt made via CafePress, including the artwork for the back of the shirt!
